How we work
A programme, not a delivery.
The product is the smallest part of what we do. This is the sequence we run with every account, and it is the reason customers stay.
Lubrication survey
We walk the plant with your maintenance team and record every lubrication point — asset, component, current product, quantity and interval.
Consolidation
We reduce the grade count to the minimum that still meets every OEM requirement. Fewer products on the shelf means fewer wrong applications.
Tagging and scheduling
Each point gets a physical tag showing the correct grade and interval, and the schedule goes into your maintenance system.
Oil analysis
Scheduled sampling and laboratory testing to ASTM methods, with alarm limits agreed in advance rather than after a failure.
Quarterly review
A written report covering consumption, condition trend, actions taken and cost avoided — reviewed with you, not emailed and forgotten.
Oil analysis
Tested to method, reported against limits.
Standard package covers viscosity, acid and base number, water content, wear metals, additive depletion, oxidation and particle count.
Viscosity
ASTM D445 · D2270
Kinematic viscosity at 40 and 100 °C, with viscosity index.
Contamination
ASTM D6304 · ISO 11500
Water by Karl Fischer and particle count to ISO 4406 cleanliness codes.
Wear & chemistry
ASTM D5185 · D664 · E2412
Wear metals and additives by ICP, acid number, and oxidation by FTIR.
